I am nominating Ms. Valerie Romo because of her warm heart. Ms. Valerie has been my nurse for the last two nights. One night, I was feeling sad and I was crying. Ms. Valerie went out of her way to listen. She is always so positive and gives great advice. She always has a smile and her laugh is so contagious. I was able to open up and tell her how I felt about things without being judged or looked down to. Valerie has a warm heart and warm hugs. Ms. Valerie is one of a kind. I am very happy and honored that she was my nurse. Thank you Ms. Valerie for being a great nurse!
