Joan was "always" pleasant, and friendly and nothing was too much trouble-whatever was needed to make the patient comfortable. Joan said she "loves her job!" Which is far and few between these days. Joan never got frazzled when her schedule was demanding. Patients come first! Good Shepherd should be honored that they have Joan! She is a super nurse and human being!
