Her composure, commitment, and respect, combined with her very approachable personality, smile, kindness, and empathy, make her stand out in the crowd. She is very diligent in undertaking nursing duties, prioritizing patient safety, focusing on individual needs, and working/communicating well with other healthcare professionals and relatives.
