Kim greets every day as a new opportunity. During morning huddles, she has her papers in hand and is ready to tackle her assignment no matter the challenge the day may bring. She beams with positivity on the unit and is always a helping hand. Kim's knowledge empowers the staff; she is highly experienced and shares her expertise with the unit. She is always willing to lend a helping hand on the unit whenever help is needed. Whenever I come to work and see that she is on the schedule, I get instantly excited because I know that we will have a great day. She is a ray of sunshine. She is positive, honest, and hardworking.

You will always see Kim with a smile on her face. No matter what the situation is, she is always prepared and ready for whatever challenges may be thrown her way. With her, it's always "going to be a great day". She cares about her coworkers and her patients with the utmost respect. She explains things in a way that is easily understood while still getting the point across. She has taken time to reach out to me many times to check on me, make sure I'm doing okay during my shift and even outside of work! There is nothing that she cannot handle and there are not enough good words to describe her. She's an amazing nurse, friend, and I can tell she is an amazing Mom to her kids.
