20 hours of labor only to be rushed into an emergency c-section, and Cassandra never left my side. She was so helpful and caring in this stressful time. When I was left by myself for the doctors to finish my c-section, she came to my side and held my hand to help keep me calm. She made the birthing experience “easy” in a situation that was not “easy.” She was also so helpful with my family and made them also feel comfortable! She was FANTASTIC!

When I was in labor, Nurse Cassandra came in and asked me what my son's name was. Once I told her that he was named after Langston Hughes, Nurse Cassandra PERSONALLY printed out a poem from Langston Hughes and signed it along with the other nurses. When I was reaching the point of being exhausted while in labor and overwhelmed by visitors, Nurse Cassandra noticed immediately and asked everyone to leave so I could rest. When my son’s heart rate kept dropping while I was in labor, Nurse Cassandra consistently eased me of my fears. Nurse Cassandra constantly went above and beyond for me.
