Her meticulous attention to detail not only demonstrates a depth of knowledge but a passion for her work. Every step of the way, Erika’s compassionate and calming demeanor helped me so much through all my fumbling to properly feed my son. Without hesitation or needing to be asked, she frequently checked and changed his diapers while keeping him warm and dry through swaddling.

Erika’s amazing reassurances and encouragement bolstered my confidence that “everything would be okay.” She would make a phenomenal lactation consultant and would be invaluable for any unit. Our entire family is forever grateful to have had Erika as our advocate, guide, and shining example of a nurse during a frightening and overwhelming time in our lives.
