Kerry remains a key part of our success. She is mentioned often in our patient experience survey comments and even receives cards from patients expressing their appreciation for her care. She makes sure the patient's needs are met during her visits and has taken on the role of the primary nurse for some of the newer collaborations with Assisted Living Facilities.

Kerry has been one of our "go-to" colleagues for serving as a preceptor. She vests her time in ensuring that the person who is shadowing her gets a broad picture of home care services and, specifically, the role of the case manager.

Recently, Kerry has been reaching out to our newly hired nurse to check on her to see how things are going for her. This leads her to become a strong mentor for our agency which will set her up to be eligible for clinical advancement.

Kerry’s commitment to our patients includes her desire to expand her knowledge. She has shown interest in pursuing the Wound Treatment Assistant certification which not only improves her knowledge, but also offers our patients the opportunity to have expert care. Thanks, Kerry, for all that you do.
