When our family member was a patient in the ICU. He was very confused and agitated. Despite this and spending his whole twelve hour shift with our patient, James, the RN, took incredible care of him. James remained calm, caring, compassionate, and understanding. James' knowledge of the disease our family member was suffering from helped him to recover safely and as comfortably as possible. James tirelessly explained the recovery process, meds, and anything we had questions about.

I’ve had extensive experience in hospitals, nursing homes, and home care as an employee, patient, and while caring for family members. I’ve rarely encountered a mere dedicated, knowledgeable and sincere caregiver.

One of the doctors even admitted he was thinking of nominating James for an award. The Doctor was impressed with James' caregiving. My family and I would very much like James to be recognized for his exceptional care and unwavering attitude of compassion.
