Kylie introduced herself in a very professional manner. As time progressed, she fit right in which made me feel more comfortable and made labor and delivery so much easier. Postpartum, she made sure I had support in any way I needed but mostly, she cared genuinely. I love her to pieces, from beginning to end. I could fill out this entire form over the many skills that make her the perfect candidate for the DAISY Award, but the love my family and I have for her is enough for our delivery and adoption process. She was literally my right hand man.

She was wonderful and very helpful and also very patient with my wife's delivery. She was also very friendly and answered any questions we asked or got us answers we needed in a short time. She always was very kind to keep my wife laughing and calmed her down and talked her through the epidural and talked my wife through labor. Kylie is the most friendly and caring RN we have ever had and was always right there when we needed it. On a scale of 0 to 10, we couldn't have asked for a better RN.
