Celeste took the time to come in after my husband, and I told the nurse we needed to talk to the charge nurse. She listened and heard all my concerns, and when I mentioned to her that my IV was hurting, she took the time to move it so I could bend my arm. She was teaching simultaneously and took all my compliments on her nursing staff and how great they were. When the nurse told her that they had been having trouble reaching the doctor on my behalf, Celeste jumped right in to assist the nurses. Charge nurses like her, leading the way for her nurses through not just talking but showing them how to do it, made an impact on me and my experience. The hospital can’t do without nurses like Celeste; she is wonderful!
