My daughter has been admitted to the pediatric floor twice. Stephanie has been our nurse both times. When my daughter was admitted the second time I was 7.5 months pregnant. Stephanie took just as much care of me as my daughter. Stephanie demonstrated the core values of Essentia Health. Respect – treating me as part of the team for my daughter. Joy – she colored my daughter a picture to make her smile and read her a book. Hospitality – always asking if we were comfortable / needed anything. Quality – Stephanie knows her stuff. Stephanie was a phenomenal nurse – and she truly cared about my daughter – going above and beyond to make her comfortable and happy during a miserable time. During our combined total of about 18 days during our two stays. Steph was the brightest part.
