I'm so happy Richard was my nurse for 4 days in a row. He is a very cheerful person and I felt safe under his care. His phone is constantly ringing and he never acted overwhelmed. He is a great multitasker and he is very precise. Richard seems like he has been a nurse for years, so when he told me he started in the summer of 2022, I was so impressed with how skillful he was for being a nurse for less than a year.

Richard and another nurse really worked on getting me a special visit with my newborn. He went out of his way to make it happen and I was so grateful for that. I was so appreciative that a male nurse with no children was so determined to have me see my baby. He puts the needs of his patients at the forefront of his mind and he is a fantastic nurse.
