During this bad time, Eileen was so very caring, helpful, and kind. It was crowded and intense in the Emergency Room but she found time to give what was needed to everyone who asked. Even helped with a smile and a laugh when I thought I couldn't. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty. If everyone were like her, this hospital would be at full capacity 24/7 because people would want to come here if they were in need. Thank you Eileen for making this bad time bearable. We love you!
