Lynn always makes me feel comfortable enough to describe to her what I need. Lynn keeps everything down to earth so I feel comfortable asking for help.
Lynn is an amazing young woman working at a very difficult job that she has a true calling for. The first time she was my nurse, she had someone shadow her. I watched Lynn be the perfect preceptor while instructing her students. I found out today that she is probably still considered a “new” nurse herself!! I was totally surprised at the impression she was leaving, not only as a teacher, but as a nurse herself! Lynn is a nurse who has a true calling. She is not just doing a job, she is completely and thoroughly caring for her patients.
I have heard the words, “I wish I could do more.” I don’t know how many times. My hope for her is that she comes to realize the impact she has on her patients. She truly wants to help her patients not just go through the motions. She inspires me to want to do better. Lynn always makes me feel comfortable enough to describe to her what I need. Lynn keeps everything down to earth so I feel comfortable asking for help.
I know that she talked to several doctors, not just for me, but for her other patients as well. She is able to get the doctors to truly listen, which is a skill that she will use in life. I am thankful that God put her in my path. She’s training me on how to better take care of myself. Dell Medical is very lucky to have hired such a gem. Lynn is efficient but thorough. She’s a sweetheart, but has no nonsense. I feel like if you googled a definition of nurse, Lynn’s picture would be the example, and Dell Medical should understand the miracle of Lynn!!
