Just a lovely human being. Made my mom feel cared for and listened to. Always took the extra step when my mom asked the nurse to write down her medications. Andrea did (even though we have a list). Made us all feel safe to leave her at night. We were all fond of Andrea from the moment we met her. Thank you!
