I am so delighted and relieved when Sam welcomed my daughter, my husband, and me, after a stressful day, full of unexpected twists and turns of events. Her communication skills are excellent. She related to our situation so well, one could say that she was meant to be there. Sam cared for our daughter with compassion, love, and dignity. She never failed to make sure that we, as a family, were OK. The way she communicated our needs to the team made us realize how fortunate we were in the midst of a storm to have such a breath of fresh air to lighten our burden. I said to myself even if the rest of my stay is not pleasant, the warm welcome will last throughout the ride. Sam was fantastic and remained the same attentive Sam even when she was under tremendous pressure. I want to say "kudos to Sam" for making our stay here so special and warm! Keep up the excellent work! Your passion for what you do shows in every detail. We appreciate it.
