A few months ago I traveled to Iowa to see my aunt who lives in Coon Rapids. She really wanted to sign up for an e-chart at St. Anthony. With the help of my son, I thought we could do this one simple thing. But when we tried it said we had to contact a number that went to voicemail since it was after hours.

Feeling like a failure I went to the grocery store to get my aunt some of her favorite treats when I saw a lady with a St. Anthony Quality Management shirt on. I explained my dilemma hoping she knew a direct after hour’s number. She introduced herself as Sandi Cook and said it was my lucky day because she was just the person I needed. We ended up going back to my aunt’s house and Sandi took out her computer. Sandi helped us set up proxy access so we can monitor the records from Minnesota.
