My son came into the ER & was absolutely hysterical. Jody was so patient with him and sat with him after all the other nurses left and talked to him and hugged him. She came in frequently after to make sure he was okay. It was late in the day, and even though she had other patients, she didn't display she was in a rush and took her time. I appreciated this because while he was crying, I was crying, and it was nice to have someone else there to console him rather than coming in and out.
