Carissa Hamilton deserves a star in heaven. She was very helpful from the first time my husband and I met her. She introduced herself and said, “I can help you.” I think she recognized I needed help. I parked in the wrong parking garage and when she was explaining to me where I needed to pick my husband up after his procedure, it would help if I moved my car to the correct garage. I really did not understand where the garage was and how to get there. I had misplaced my jacket and was a little upset over that already.

Carissa said, “Come on I will help you find your jacket and help you move your car to the correct garage.” We were on our way and I told her I had never met a person as nice as her and that actually went out of her way for a stranger. She found my jacket and got in my car and we drove to the correct garage and returned me to my husband before they took him back to surgery. She is an amazing person!
