I am a first-time mom who just gave birth 3 days ago. My newborn had to be admitted for phototherapy which required both of us to stay in the hospital overnight. As I am still recovering from labor and pre-eclampsia, nurse Hyo Chin was amazing and made sure to check on me every hour. Since it was just me with my newborn, she went above and beyond to make sure all the needs of both my newborn and me were met during her shift. From hourly check-ins to helping me feed/burp/change diapers for my newborn. I really appreciate the amount of service and care she gave. She is amazing even with all the machine alerts going off, the newborn crying, she was still able to carry on her duties with a smile and professionalism. Thank you, nurse Hyo Chin!
