Rose took care of my dad when he was very, very sick in the ICU. She demonstrated compassion through her thorough nursing care with him. She genuinely seemed to care about him, and his well-being and liked her job.
My dad is older and is back in the ICU on another campus and said, “I miss Rose, (he remembered her name) she was the only one that took the time to shave me, I wish she were here."

As a family member, I was very concerned about him and called the unit a couple of times and Rose promptly answered my call, went out of her way to give me a thorough report and update, she was very pleasant.

Rose also made sure he always had his call light at his side. Rose treated my dad with dignity when I was there like he and his well-being really mattered.
