I brought my mother-in-law and daughter on different days of the week and Danielle has shown so much care by how she checks on us constantly and asking questions which makes us comfortable and trust that we are in good care. She never fails to smile not that she shows on her face but with her heart and I know that by how respectfully she conducts service, listens with care, and knows exactly how to address or explain what's going on in a way we trust the Riverton Hospital.

As a mother and a wife, I am always careful and nervous when it comes to trusting people or whom I give consent to treat my family. When we walked into the hospital and checked in, the lovely Registrar called the nurse right away due to my MIL's symptoms and took her back right away. Danielle offered a wheelchair and although she refused, Danielle still went and got it for her which was a caring act because my mother-in-law was nearly fainting and couldn't walk. She was taken back to her room and Danielle later requested that she move again to a better and bigger room since she was a little uncomfortable and couldn't lay down in bed.

Danielle kept checking on my mother-in-law and voluntarily brought pillows and blankets to make sure she was okay. Danielle from what I learned in that visit is someone who not only provides care because she is a nurse but I can see that she is far beyond that as a human being. She had done the same for my 4-year-old daughter. She took care of her and when we left, my daughter kept telling me that she's not scared anymore to see the doctor ever since that visit, every visit she has with the pediatrician she always looks out for the same nurse whom I know is Danielle who took care of her in ED. Danielle taught me to be a nurturing mother and a daughter-in-law in that very short amount of time and I have high hopes that everyone who works with her in ED can see and provide that same caring personality to anyone.
