Marlin helped my Mom (who has mild dementia and some anxiety) feel better about having to stay overnight alone in hospital without a family member near. Marlin makes sure Mom has what she needs to get by, explains medications well, helps Mom understand what doctors are explaining, and treats Mom like I imagine she would treat her own mother. Nurses are a special breed, but Marlin is an extra-special type! Even though she is busy with phone calls, demands from a bunch of patients, medications, colleagues, and her already stressful job, she is cheerful and helpful and considerate of others. I would clone her to be the nurse I would encounter in every medical care situation, if I could. Many thanks, Marlin, for making a challenging time in our lives less difficult.
