If I ever had to go to the hospital in the future, Tianna would have to be my nurse. I have watched her grow from being a PCT and transitioning to an RN role over the years. She is an exceptional nurse in all she does to make sure her patients have received the BEST care ever. She adores her patients and starts out her shift deciding on what she can do to show each of them extra tender loving care (TLC) that day. She came to me one day voicing frustration because she was not able to spend the time she wanted with each patient and sought out guidance on how she could achieve serving her patients in such a busy working environment. We talked through what she does to make a difference every day, and she walked away with how she could be giving the excellent care, maintaining the high standards in a realistic manner. Tianna is an insightful, wonderful, compassionate, caring nurse and team player. I have observed her continuously acting as an advocate for her patients, and she does it with finesse. Tianna has such high expecations for the care she gives patients, and is a nurse that we should be proud to have as part of not only the MVHN PCU2 team but Premier. She has definitely taken to heart the sacred call of nursing, and Florence Nightingale herself would be recognizing and celebrating Tianna.
