I will always remember Sarah Smith. After her team was called to my bedside, Sarah arrived just steps behind the doctor. She lingered and refilled my water, stayed with me during my episodes, and was so spiritual for me. She spoke of praising Him in the storm and told me that I was going to be okay. 

When I went for my MRI/MRA of the head and neck, I was given headphones and asked to listen to a Christian playlist. The Casting Crowns song “Praise You In This Storm” played and I let the tears flow. Then, 48 hours later, I was discharged home on Thursday, which was a stormy afternoon. So, the storm theme she started for me took me all the way home. I will always think of her when I hear this song.
