Lanette is very kind and compassionate with her patients. She is very attentive to their every need.
Lanette is truly a great nurse who goes above for her patients! She did everything she could to make my stay as comfortable as possible and never hesitated when I needed anything. As a nurse myself, I can say we certainly need more like her in this world! Thank you for all your hard work!

If Lanette had a nickname, it would be “Wildflower or DAISY.” In September 2022, she took care of my husband after complications related to his total knee replacement. We came to the hospital in preparations of going home after the procedure, but due to complications we had to stay a few nights. Lanette was our first nurse who handled us with kitten gloves. She was a patient advocate by working with the physician to get my husband’s pain under control and making him comfortable. She not only checked on my husband routinely, but she also always asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. Lanette helped me get something to eat since the café was already closed. She worked well with her colleagues when they came in the room to reposition my spouse or help him get up to the bathroom. She took her time in explaining what she was doing, what she was giving him in his IV or by mouth. She allowed time for us to ask questions. Never made us feel dumb of asking. Lannett was patient but also to the point. I can only imagine that she fosters a positive and healthy work environment. We are so grateful for Lanette and the care she provided us.

Lanette demonstrates a positive attitude and exceptional bedside manner. She listens to patient needs and encourages any questions and concerns. We always felt very clear as to the goals to recovery as well how to accomplish them. Every staff member was on point from admission to departure, but Lanette continued to go above and beyond, shining a little brighter than the rest.
