Holly was so kind and professional since day one. She truly cared about my well-being. I had a severe case of gallstones and Holly was on top of my pain medications, IV fluids, and mental health. She cared for me in a way that is rare to see nowadays. She treated me with respect, care, love, and kindness, maintaining a professional mindset.

I was under her care for 3 days, on the day 2 she found out I was not assigned to her and she immediately requested (after asking me) if she could take care of me. Of course I wanted Holly to be with me and my family, she became close to my wife and my sister to make sure they were OK as well.

I decided to write this the day I was discharged from the hospital. Holly made sure since day one that my pain was manageable, she assisted me moving, she was so concerned every time she had to give me a shot of blood thinners. That sounds like a regular nurse right? Well she wasn’t! She did all of that showing love, empathy, & care. She was very professional and I felt like my family was taking care of me and I did not feel that I was yet another “patient “. They removed my gallbladder and they found a 4.5cm gallstone inside. No wonder I was in so much pain! Holly never doubted my pain and her main concern was my well-being.
