Amy did an amazing job keeping me in the loop with my son's care. As I am over 2000 miles away and couldn’t be there myself. She made me feel at ease knowing that she was the one taking care of him. You can tell the nurses that do it because they care not for a paycheck. Amy is one of those nurses that do it because they care, and it shows. That is one of the best gifts she has given me and my son.

Amy has been taking care of my friend since he was transferred to ICU. She goes above and beyond. Anything that he has needed she has made sure he has gotten. Amy truly loves what she does and cares about her patients, and it shows in the care she provides every day. Amy not only makes her patients feel at ease, but she also looks out for the patient’s family and makes sure that they understand what is involved in their care and explains what the doctors say in a way everyone understands.

You can tell that Amy has a servant's heart. She has taken really good care of me. She has gone above and beyond the duty of being a nurse. When she comes into my room, she has a way of lifting my spirits and not making me feel like just another patient. That’s a gift.
