Will was my nurse while I was in ICU. He did everything he could to make me as comfortable as possible while on his shift. A very personable and witty young man. He had me laughing when I was feeling sad, comforted me when I had a "pity party" for myself, and explained every procedure he needed to do. I can remember him being extremely quiet while trying to do a procedure while I was sleeping. It’s the small things like that that make a difference to the patient. He was always asking if there was anything he could do for me. He made an impression on me that I'll never forget. I hope that he gets the recognition he deserves - he truly is one of the best!
