She sat with me and helped me relax and was warm and empathetic. She was a good listener. The entire Outpatient pre and post op were very caring people. I even received a thank you note from them.

Nurse Felsan has a pleasant demeanor and put any anxiety to rest just before the surgery. I needed a trigger-finger operation and Nurse Felsan had five of them! This really put me at ease as she knew first-hand what I was going through. I just want to thank her for her calming and thorough/professional bedside manner.
