My mom had a stroke on the road. We desperately needed to get her moved to her home state of Illinois. Gayle was on vacation and wasn't aware of our situation; once she met with us, she jumped right in. We know she must have had tons of backlogged work after being on vacation. Gayle made all the necessary calls and contracts when obstacles were presented. She presented solutions, stayed on course, and made sure all other parties did so as well. Even up to the day to leave, Gayle came in earlier than her shift to make sure all the paperwork was in place and everyone had what was needed. Gayle understood our situation and put herself in our place. We could feel that she felt what we were going through.
