Britney quickly became a friend and a sweet part of our family/birth experience.
Our family welcomed twin boys unexpectedly at 33 weeks. Britney was the nurse on our first night in the NICU. She was so kind and incredibly gentle with our tiny babies. Every time we would walk into the room her eyes would light up and she would be so excited to tell us the updates and progress our boys had made. She taught us how to change their tiny diapers, give them baths, and so many other tasks that are just a little different with preemies and can be intimidating as new parents.

She would always ask us how our day was and was so accommodating with the millions of pillows we needed. Britney quickly became a friend and a sweet part of our family/birth experience. Having your babies in the NICU is already a stressful experience but when you know they're receiving top-notch care and being loved even when you're gone, makes the whole experience so much easier. We looked forward to our night visits when Britney was our nurse. She is gracefully confident but not arrogant. Sometimes you wonder why people got into the field they're in, but others, you know it's a perfect fit. She is absolutely perfect in this position. I know our babies felt so much love & and received the best care when Britney was their nurse. We love Britney!
