Debbie Parker has been with Wayne HealthCare for six years. This was her first job right out of nursing school.

Parker’s inspiration for nursing comes from her family. “I actually am following in my grandma’s footsteps. She was a nursing assistant, and she made me promise to become a nurse before she passed away, so I do it for my grandma".

Debbie is compassionate about her patients’ care and needs even going as far as playing their favorite music to make their situation more comfortable.

Debbie’s commitment to nursing is an inspiration.
