Beatrice is a very thoughtful, caring nurse who goes out of her way to help patients.
Beatrice Always comes to the unit with a smile. She waves to the patients in the day room. The patients will ask for her by name. She uses emotional intelligence and awareness when interacting with patients and staff. She is confident in her work and always willing to assist coworkers.

Beatrice is a very thoughtful, caring nurse who goes out of her way to help patients. She also helps us on the day shift when we are short-staffed.

I worked with Beatrice for 7 Months on the night shift. Beatrice was always punctual, provided great patient care, and ran the night shift on 2 South and continues to do so. She is as reliant and professional as a nurse can be.
***
Beatrice is an excellent nurse. She has consistently picked up extra shifts for me as I've been the nurse manager on 2 South. She has a great awareness regarding patient safety and has had multiple great catches. She is thorough in her work and has a questioning attitude. She is always willing to help and carries herself with grace and kindness. She also precepts for international nurses and all my new RNs.
