There are so many wonderful things to say about Nurse Brittany. She was always happy and energetic. She is VERY thorough with lactation and newborn and postpartum education. I don't know what I would have done without her! The unit was very busy on the 2 days that I was there, but she took extra time to go over all of our questions. She never made us feel rushed or that our questions were silly (even though some were). She is a wealth of knowledge and I loved how relatable she was. She was there for me and my baby when my postpartum nurses were tied up. I was very nervous about leaving the hospital but felt prepared after talking with Brittany. I appreciated her follow-up call because it can feel like you are just barely surviving in those first weeks, so it was nice to hear from her. Women's Center has an invaluable asset with Brittany.
