A patient called to give praise to Hailey Kraft. The patient did not have insurance for a year and knew something was wrong but could not pay to have the Ultrasound done that she needed. The patient finally was approved for insurance but was told that she would have to pay almost $800 upfront. The patient started to call around to other surrounding facilities to see if there was a cheaper cost for the Ultrasound.

When she spoke with Hailey to see if she really needed the test done, she told Hailey that she could not afford it. Hailey told her to not cancel the appointment and that she would do what she could to help. Hailey contacted the billing and got the patient in contact with that team to see what they could do to help the patient while still allowing us to be paid. The patient was set up on a payment plan and the testing was done. Although the test results came back not as the patient was hoping she was so grateful for Hailey's help and willingness to go above and beyond for her.

The patient stated she was most likely going to need to have a procedure done and wanted to make sure she could do it here at CRMC because of Hailey. Hailey is always willing to help where needed and to do what is asked of her without complaint. I am very proud to have Hailey as part of my team here in our Women's Health Clinic and so thankful for her!
