Unfortunately, my husband, is admitted to this floor/unit. I have been traumatized and beyond devastated. Virginia comforted me in every way, shape and form. She prayed with me, allowed me to hug her, held my hand and cried with me. Virginia has constantly kept me informed of his care; kept me in the loop about what our goals are for him daily. Virginia has informed me in detail constantly every minute of every hour about how he is doing.

My husband and I have three children. They have been beyond devastated. Virginia has allowed them to see him follow commands and talk to their father. You will never know how much that means to me and my family. My children were able to be present for Virginia’s clinical assessment. She said, she felt it was important for me and my children to see. My children and I were beyond grateful.

My husband had not been able to awake and follow commands on the first day and to be able to be apart of that with my children, and see him nod his head to his children’s names and for us to be able to tell him he is not alone and the best dad ever means the world. Virginia has called me at home to say your husband was able to do more commands. Virginia and the whole staff are beyond amazing. No one understands the pain you experience when tragedy hits. Virginia is top notch!
