Oh, where to start. From the first time I met Andrea, she gave me a hug and assured me we would get through this together. She was extremely sympathetic to how sick I was and made sure we were prepared for what was to come. As she took me to my room and spent around 45 minutes listening to my dark twisted stories and even shared her own, I immediately felt a connection and knew she was genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. We shared countless stories, and she was always nearby.

Andrea's smile is infectious and lights up any room – any patient will tell you that. I always knew when she was here, she would go out of her way to help me and others. She introduced me to the heat wraps for back pain and even gave me some propel packets to help with the dehydration. She always took time out of her day to come chat.

I truly adore and love Andrea as someone who was not going to let me be a statistic. Even when I had to leave to Blodgett because I was so sick, she actually cried for me. We both got choked up on many occasions while talking because our stories were so alike. She truly is a hero in my eyes and hope to work with her in the future – on the beautiful side.

I was having a really hard time dealing with a triggering situation and Andrea pulled me aside and just listened and talked me through it. She made me feel very cared about. She is a great person!

Andrea is so kind and genuinely compassionate. When I finally was able to get out of my bed at detox I was deeply depressed and scared. She sat with me in the kitchen and talked with me. Just having someone to speak with meant a lot to me. I am forever thankful for her kind heart.
