Elizabeth, sent a patient to his room. Promised to call his wife and transfer her back to his room. When Elizabeth called the wife- the wife was distressed. She was lost and upset, she could not find her way to the hospital. Elizabeth pulled up Google Maps and gave turn by turn directions and Elizabeth was patient, kind, understanding to assist the wife to get to her to the location. She was tremendously accommodating. Heard her say "I am so glad you answered when I called, so glad you made it". Elizabeth said the wife doesn't drive much, the husband usually dives, the wife was crying when she called.
