Merv Pugh took care of my daughter. His demeanor, the way he spoke to her, and the education he gave her every step of the way was excellent!  Merv did not know, but I am a nurse myself, now teaching nursing school, and he is exactly the type of nurse I try to teach my student nurses to be. Merv really stood out to me, and I thank him for the excellent care he provided.
