Chia Ni has 16 years of working experience in the operating room. She has sufficient experience and expertise in patient care. She sets an example at work and knows how to cooperate with physicians or nursing staff. She received praise and appreciation from doctors and nurses.

When Chia Ni is faced with taking care of aged patients who are out of control, she will patiently explain and comfort them. Before an aged patient is about to be fully anesthetized, she gently holds the patient's hand and accompanies them to the operating table. She did her best care to prevent possible damage to the position of the limb joints and to avoid pressure injuries due to general anesthesia during a long operation time.
