Justin is the most caring, empathetic, kind nurse I have ever encountered. Being elderly, my friends and I often feel we are ignored, talked down to, dismissed, or not seen. Justin treated me with value, respect, compassion and LISTENED! The recliner was not comfortable to sit in to eat meals, Justin was proactive and got a mat for my feet to rest on instead of reclining. He got me a heated blanket one night when I was extra cold. He saw what I needed before I did. I love and appreciate all the nurses I had during my stay but Justin always went above and beyond. His positivity lights up a room. He’s very thorough and reliable. Give him a raise.
