We were so thankful for Sarah's patience, heart, and immense care.
Sarah, the nurse who cared for my brother in the ICU with such kindness and warmth was very friendly. She made my brother feel very comfortable, and he was so thankful for that and expressed many times that she was such a good nurse. With her professional knowledge and experience, she explained very kindly and in detail the next steps for his treatment, to help prepare us.
Even though we asked many questions, Sarah never got impatient with us and was very sincere and did her best to answer all our questions to the very end. We were so thankful for her patience, heart, and immense care. I can tell that she truly has a heart for her patients, and this isn’t just a job for her. She is such an outstanding and admirable nurse.
I want to sincerely thank Sarah once again for comforting our family’s hearts with such warmth and care. My brother has already gone to Heaven, but I believe he will never forget her warm heart towards him.
