Every time you came to get a blood sugar test, you were very gentle and asked me which finger I would like to use, knowing that I had multiple "pokes" in all of my fingers. When I needed an IV change, you were called in and were very gentle and successful with the IV. On another day, you were called in to do an IV and you had a student. You guided the student to make sure the needle insertion pain was minimal. The student succeeded with my IV and you made such a difference with her first successful IV and made me feel comfortable.
