Nurse Emily is the most amazing nurse I’ve ever met. From the first day she came in to care for me, she made me feel comfortable and safe. Her smile was so bright and welcoming that it really helped take my mind off my pain. She always smiled and asked me how I was feeling and what my needs were. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable from the first day. She checked on me often without me pushing for help. Her spirit is so warm and uplifting. She made my stay here easy. Her care and concern are something like a miracle. There were days I was afraid and nervous, but Nurse Emily would come in and reassure me and my family that I was in good hands and would be okay, and I was. This was the best experience/service I have ever received at BSW.
