I found myself in a very terrible accident and ended up in the hospital. If there is one thing I do not like, it is excuses. Sometimes it feels like you hear a lot of those but that was not the case with James. I know that the hospital was either short staffed or I was such a difficult patient because James is a Charge Nurse and is so smart and helpful. But he was also my nurse one night. He never once complained or tried to give me excuses, instead, James worked his hardest to provide top-notch care and anticipate my needs. James never made me feel rushed, like a burden, or ignored. It is nurses like James that give the nursing profession the respect they deserve. Stormont is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, selfless, caring, and memorable nurse and leader in their organization. I will remember James and the care that he provided me in my time of need, as well as the great attitude and helpful suggestions to make my hospitalization better, more comfortable, and a good experience.
