I have used Good Sam ER in the past for my son, and had a horrible experience and swore I would never return. I had no other option but to choose this hospital due to the excruciating pain I was in, and limited ability to drive far. This experience blew my mind. Everyone and everything was amazing! I was greeted by Megan Heath, who was phenomenal. She was so sweet, kind, compassionate, and caring. I knew as soon as she greeted me, and my interaction with her this was going to be a different experience. She deserves a gold star/ recognition because I know she goes above and beyond for all her patients. She came and got me immediately and took great care of me. Assuring I would receive great care while I was at the hospital.

Katie was my nurse in the ER, and also deserves special recognition. She as well was phenomenal, kind, compassionate, and caring. She took care of my every need, and kept me updated along the way. I knew I was in great hands, and felt confident in the care that I was receiving.

Both doctors (possible PA) I had were great. I received medication immediately, and was informed and updated by both throughout the whole process. The man from CT who cared for me was also very kind, and compassionate, making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The ambulance staff was kind as well. From my last experience to this one, it was night and day difference. I was very thankful for this small town ER and feel confident returning in the future if needed.
