My dad came to the ER with severe swelling and pain associated with his many illnesses. Once sent into a room, Kendall introduced herself and began her protocols. It was then that I first noticed that she is caring, compassionate, patient, and intelligent. She was patient with my dad as he tried to explain all of his symptoms. Never rushed him, asked appropriate follow up questions, and never was judging.

As we continued to wait for test results, doctors' plans etc... she was in constant contact, engaged my dad in casual, friendly conversation, and kept him calm and relaxed. However, what I most appreciated was her ability to convince my dad to do things. For example, my dad hadn't eaten all day, and he needed to eat but was being stubborn. Kendall was creative enough to get him to order a sandwich, drink, and even a snack just through her demeanor and the rapport she built with him.

In the end, while I'm not in the healthcare industry, my job involves a lot of customer service. In my opinion, Kendall exemplifies top-notch customer service.
