Where can I start? Laura has been caring for my son R and our family for over 15 months now. I first realized my son had scoliosis when he was about 15 months old. He was under Harrogate at the time and took a really long time for it to be fully recognised. Once we got a referral to LTHT we knew we were in safe hands. X-rays, amazing consultants, and the best thing of all was finding Laura. She has been with us every step of the way.

She gives helpful advice, knows my son is a twin (and has helped wrangle his twin sister as we couldn't access family support during the pandemic when he needed blood tests!) She's always on the end of the phone. Laura goes above and beyond to provide patient-centered care. She's looked after my son when his twin sister needed to go to the toilet (he won't go to public toilets as he has a phobia of "tumble driers (aka hand driers)". She also has lots and lots of dinosaur stickers which he loves to receive when his sister has cherry-picked the unicorn ones!

Laura is a shining star at LTHT. My son is so much happier going to get his next cast when he knows he will be seeing Laura. Please, please let her know from the bottom of our family's hearts what a big difference she has made to our little curvy boy and all the others she supports. Laura, you are amazing!
