I don’t even know where to start, Czarina is an absolute Angel. I don’t see her wings, but I know that they are there. She is not only my nurse, she treats me just as if I’m her friend or even part of her own family member. It’s amazing how she can make me laugh even if I’m not feeling my best.

Between her very busy schedules, she finds the time to sit and talk if only for a minute. It’s clear that she understands how healing that can be to someone who is sick physically and sometimes emotionally. Czarina engages me and I’m not just a patient but an individual. She hears my concerns and listens to my questions. If she doesn’t know the answer, she takes the extra step to find them.

Czarina communicates with doctors and is always on top of what is going on. If I need her, she is there willing and ready; always with a positive attitude. She is very kind, gentle, and understanding and she shows that she cares. I’m so blessed to have her as my nurse. I appreciate her very much. Her dedication is absolutely amazing. Being in the hospital can and has been difficult, but Czarina makes it a very pleasurable experience. She is truly extraordinary to me and all she touches. She goes beyond her duty and I am so grateful. She is such a beautiful person and I am truly blessed to have her as my nurse.
